| One of the many programs we offer our people is the ability to moderate their work week by reducing their current full-time work week by one or two days or, alternatively, by extending weekends by either one or two days – either Friday, Monday or both – or the closest day to a long weekend. If you still need more flexibility, all permanent full-time and part-time employees may apply for a summer sojourn of between two and 12 weeks. |
